Interests

I enjoy baking and cooking with my friends while studying abroad in Minnesota. I am a Malaysian who is very passionate about food because it is one of the Malaysian specialties I would like to show off. Food not only meets our basic physical needs but also serves as a way to connect with others and foster relationships. It is the only topic that can pull two strangers together, and it has definitely brought my friends and me closer together. My Food Science knowledge has made cooking and baking more fun as I was able to explain the hidden sciences behind making food. Besides cooking and baking, another hobby of mine is exploring what's around me. I enjoy taking strolls, surrounding myself in nature, and taking pictures of sunsets.
